Luke, a skilled plumber, and his brother Liam, an electrician, run their Brotherhood Properties business and recently purchased the chapel with plans to modernise it into a spacious open-plan home. They are also considering the possibility of turning the property into an Airbnb, capitalising on its location in Cornwall—a surfers’ paradise.
